You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, recruit volunteers, manage supplies, and assess program effectiveness while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment consistent with our mission.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a senior living or related field (training and education will be provided) in an activities or therapeutic recreation role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Mary Agnes Manor is a 230 bed Assisted Living Residence located on the beautiful and historic D'Youville Campus in Buffalo, NY.

About the Role:

As the Director of Therapeutic Recreation at Mary Agnes Manor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a diverse range of recreational programs and activities that cater to the interests and needs of our residents.
