Regenity Biosciences, a PE-backed leader in regenerative biomaterials, is creating a brand-new function aimed at shaping early-stage technology decisions. This role places you at the center of strategic evaluation and portfolio direction, not merely executing directives.

You will be mentored by a 25-year Regenity veteran recently elevated to the C-suite, gaining exposure to next‑gen platforms such as soluble collagen, new polymers, hyaluronic acid, and cell therapy enablers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total career experience in technical or scientific roles.
• Technical or science-based background in engineering or life sciences.
• Experience in medical devices or biomaterials is a strong plus.
• Ability to judge whether a technology is worth pursuing rather than simply executing.
• Comfort working with ambiguity as the role is being built in real time.

Responsibilities

• Shape a brand-new function reporting directly to the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer.
• Decide whether new technology is worth pursuing and align with strategic goals.
• Receive mentorship from Regenity's 25-year veteran recently elevated to the C-suite.
• Operate within a PE-backed platform and influence product strategy and portfolio direction.
• Work on next‑generation biomaterial platforms that will define Regenity's roadmap.
