TriCom Technical Services seeks a Director of Technology to lead our client's technology strategy, overseeing data, analytics, AI, and cybersecurity while driving digital transformation across ERP, CRM, and Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience transforming business through value creation within technology platforms including ERP and CRM.
• Manufacturing acumen with understanding of MES and related systems.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to align technology and innovation with process transformation and business value creation.
• Experience promoting experimentation and adoption of emerging technologies to unlock new sources of value.

Responsibilities

• Lead company technology strategy and roadmap.
• Advance data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Modernize platforms while minimizing technical debt.
• Develop and uplift IT organization capabilities.
• Foster innovation by incubating and scaling emerging technologies.
• Assess and introduce innovative tech to improve competitive advantage and efficiency.
• Oversee technology investment governance and major initiatives (ERP/CRM/Cloud).
• Ensure cybersecurity management and business continuity.
• Drive IT/OT integration and MES enablement.
