Job summary

Trinnex, a water-tech leader, seeks a Director of Technology Operations & Innovation to steer engineering strategy, delivery, and platform health for current and future software products. You’ll champion scalable, secure solutions and foster an ownership-driven, high-performing engineering culture with strong partnerships across stakeholders.

You’ll define technology strategy, guide architecture, ensure cybersecurity and regulatory alignment, and lead talent development, upskilling, and adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of related experience with at least 3 in leadership or management.
• Experience with GIS, SCADA, sensor data, data integration, analytics or decision-support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery across software products and projects.
• Define technology strategy, architecture, and platform scalability.
• Build and develop engineering managers and technical teams.
• Partner with Product, GIS, Sales, Delivery, and business functions.
• Drive DevSecOps, security, and regulatory compliance governance.
• Champion AI-enabled development and innovation.
