Job summary

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in technology.
• Experience managing managed-service providers, consultants, technology vendors, or other outsourced resources.
• Ability to evaluate technology from both a technical and business perspective and translate complex issues into clear recommendations.
• Experience with data platforms, reporting, analytics, BI, or enterprise data initiatives.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting AI-enabled tools and practical AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Data and Analytics Strategy: Lead data platforms, dashboards, and BI capability development across departments.
• AI Strategy and Implementation: Identify practical opportunities to use AI to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Technology Operations and Vendor Management: Oversee MSPs, vendors, and service levels for reliable support of performances and events.
• Technology Governance, Risk, and Business Partnership: Establish governance practices and manage budgets, contracts, and lifecycle planning.
