• Strong background in IT Operations, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Software/Solution Delivery Lifecycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, quality assurance and service management functions.
• Drive execution of technology strategy, roadmaps, and operational improvements that support growth and service excellence.
• Oversee cybersecurity program operations, risk remediation, incident response, and technology resilience.
