• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable guidance.
• Genuine interest in technology, AI, and data; familiarity with agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale change management programmes for ERI clients.
• Drive people-centred change to ensure adoption of new technologies and operating models.
• Mentor project teams and deliver results, with independence when needed.
• Leverage data and AI to generate insights and measure change effectiveness.
• Support sales cycles and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
