Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Director of Transformation and Talent to shape our IT operating model, strengthen talent strategy, and embed modern ways of working across Technology, HR, and Communications.

You will lead enterprise-wide technology transformation, build talent programs, and develop future leaders through internships and rotations, while partnering with executives to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

12+ years of technology leadership with transformation experience.
4+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Tech, or related field (or equivalent).
Proven success executing large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong business acumen and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and operating model evolution.
Shape workforce strategy, define capabilities, align workforce plans with priorities.
Champion change management and ensure organizational readiness.
Build and scale Talent Development programs, including internships and academies.
Partner with Communications to craft transformation narratives for executives.
Establish KPIs to measure transformation progress and engagement.
