Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Effectively lead and mentor teams of managers, architects, and engineers.
• - Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions.
• - Guide technical selection of enterprise-wide standardized applications.
• - Lead management of enterprise applications and associated infrastructure.
• - Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization.
• - Ensure that new technology solutions are optimally designed and integrated.
• - Promote the following qualities in all solutions; scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.
• - Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Oversee and drive architecture for technology solutions for the customer and Maximus.
• - Enforce structured approaches and methodologies that align with the key strategies of the organization and customer.
• - Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including; hiring, performance management, and termination as team is built out.

Minimum Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.
• -10+ years of relevant professional experience required.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• - The ability to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance is required.
