Qualifications

• 10+ years in defense program management or equivalent
• Experience as primary DoD/U.S. Army POC for major programs
• Strong schedule health metrics & EV management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for Soldier-system development programs
• Lead DoD/U.S. Army liaison activities with Government leadership
• Manage Integrated Master Schedule across hardware, software, cyber, and logistics
• Oversee budget, CapEx, and resource allocations to meet targets
• Deliver transparent status dashboards to C-suite and customers
• Drive risk management & contingency planning across programs
