Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead the Data Hall Design TPM function for global datacenter delivery. You will drive governance, cadence, risk management, and portfolio visibility while coordinating across engineering, construction, capacity planning, and operations to ensure scalable, on-time design delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in TPM or related fields, 5+ years leading teams, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

10+ years of TPM or related field experience.

Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programs.
Strong understanding of delivery lifecycles and handoffs.
Experience presenting to senior executives.

Responsibilities

Lead the TPM function for the global Data Hall Design portfolio with governance, cadence, portfolio reviews, escalation mechanisms, KPI reporting and executive updates.
Translate capacity growth priorities into roadmaps, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure plans, schedules, blocker status, decision records, and executive communications are accurate and visible.
Drive program execution across data hall design workstreams including structured cabling, fiber, low-voltage, networking, construction handoffs, colocation readiness.
Partner with design engineering to ensure scalable, cost-effective, and timely deliverables.
Identify and resolve blockers impacting design release dates, construction execution, network readiness, and vendor delivery.
Build scalable program management mechanisms to improve schedule predictability and visibility.
Collaborate with tooling, automation, and data/reporting teams to improve workflow visibility and accountability.
Drive standardization of processes, templates, reviews, and handoffs across regions.
Serve as a key interface between Data Hall Design and partner teams (Physical Networking, Construction, Colocation, Capacity Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Vendors).
Align teams around goals, owners, timelines, escalation paths, and decision points.
Present concise updates and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Hire, coach, and develop a TPM team supporting global Data Hall Design programs.
Set expectations for ownership, execution quality, and stakeholder engagement.
Foster a culture of operational excellence and customer-focused execution.
