Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate communications or related fields.
• Experience leading communications for complex technology and policy topics.
• Strong writing/editing skills for senior audiences.
• Proven advisory experience with executives and interview prep.
• Proven ability to build relationships with technology, business/finance, and policy media.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal/Policy/Risk stakeholders.
• Able to navigate a large, matrixed global organization with alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead external technology communications strategy for CTTO.
• Own media relations and spokesperson support.
• Drive AI, data, and transformation storytelling with leaders.
• Build executive thought leadership and visibility plans.
• Provide media training and interview prep for executives.
• Manage conferences, speaking engagements, and awards.
• Support issues management with messaging and rapid responses.
• Partner with Legal, Government Affairs/Policy, Risk, Product Marketing, Investor Relations, and communications teams.
