Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning across either K4–5 or 6–12 grade bands, aligning to instructional priorities.
• Partner with school-level principals and instructional leaders to ensure coherence and quality of teaching.
• Coach and support teachers, driving standards-aligned curriculum and improved student outcomes.
• Analyze instructional trends and outcomes to inform strategic actions.
