Role Overview
The Director of Talent Development (DTD) will establish KPPS as a premiere destination for aspiring teachers and teacher-leaders in Philadelphia. The DTD will work with KPPS principals, KPPS regional leaders, and external partners to enhance, codify, manage and expand KIPP Philadelphia’s talent development programs in order to build a robust internal pipeline of talented lead teachers and leaders at KPPS. The DTD will join the Talent Team at KPPS and report directly to the Managing Director of Staff Engagement and Talent Development.
