HCRS is seeking a full-time Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation to join our Human Resources team in Vermont. This role provides strategic leadership for our talent acquisition function and develops recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce.

You will partner with organizational leaders to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen pipelines, improve recruitment practices, and ensure an equitable, candidate-centered hiring experience

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, and compensation.
• 3+ years leading recruitment or HR professionals.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies for high-volume or difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, recruitment technology, and workforce data.
• Knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong project management, consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, nurses, direct-support professionals, senior leaders, and other specialized professionals is preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations with multiple programs, service locations, or geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
