Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor, embedded processor, systems, applications engineering, product architecture, or customer solutions experience.
• Strong MCU/MPU background, embedded software, system architecture expertise.
• Proven ability to influence design decisions with customer engineering teams.
• Track record in closing or supporting design wins and strategic customer engagements.
• Ability to lead across product management, sales, silicon architecture, software, and design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Systems & Solutions Engineering team covering 32-bit MCU and 64-bit MPU product portfolios across multiple markets.
• Serve as first-line technical interface to strategic customer engineering teams; understand customer product architectures and roadmap timing.
• Translate customer system requirements into processor, mixed-signal IP, safety, connectivity, software, and product roadmap needs.
• Develop market-specific solution narratives for SDV/zonal, chassis and body control, robotics, motor drive, and Edge AI.
• Prioritize roadmap investments with product management and silicon/software engineering.
• Support major design-win pursuits with technical differentiation and executive customer engagement.
• Create reusable system collateral: reference architectures, tear-downs, and requirement matrices.
• Build relationships with customer decision makers in engineering and architecture.
