Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks a senior Systems Engineering Director to lead a directorate of about 500 engineers working on system concept development, trades analysis, and system architectures.

The role focuses on integrating Digital Engineering and Continuous Integration into the Vee model. You will report to the VP of Engineering, manage 10–15 direct reports, and drive strategic roadmaps, staffing, and collaboration with program offices to meet challenging

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s Degree or higher in Engineering or technical field.
• Fifteen+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with DoD program execution.
• U.S. Security Clearance required.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
