You will brief results to leadership and develop R&D proposals. Responsibilities include leading 5–10 person teams, shaping requirements, mentoring engineers, and applying analysis techniques across disciplines to mitigate program risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience as systems engineer or related role.
• Experience leading medium-sized teams (5-10 people).
• Proficiency in systems engineering processes and MBSE/DE frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive solutions to complex problems and develop requirements.
• Lead medium-sized teams and align them to program goals.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to engineers.
• Develop, document, and teach best practices in systems engineering.
• Communicate results to leadership or sponsors.
