Top Talent LLC in Arizona seeks a seasoned Director of Survey to lead a growing team and cultivate client relationships. The role requires an established RLS/PLS in Arizona with at least 15 years’ surveying experience, plus strong BD and leadership acumen.

The candidate will oversee project delivery, mentor staff, and provide technical leadership in a collaborative, hybrid work environment. A strategic thinker with client-service focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in land surveying.
• Registered/Professional Land Surveyor (RLS or PLS) in the State of Arizona.
• Strong reputation and familiarity with the civil engineering industry.
• Proven track record in business development and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate technical work.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and foster client relationships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage P&L for the Survey division.
• Act as a seller-doer: pursuing projects and overseeing their successful delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and performance.
