Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Director of Survey to oversee our surveying division, ensuring accuracy and quality in all projects.

This leadership role requires deep industry knowledge, strong business development and project management, with a focus on safety, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead a team, manage timelines and budgets, build client relationships, stay current with geospatial tech, and drive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in land surveying with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Professional Surveyor and Mapper license (PSM or PLS).
• Experience with utility clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal surveying regulations.

• Provide direction to survey managers and office staff.
• Improve survey operations with new processes for quality and efficiency.
