Director of Survey, South Texas

Halff has an immediate opening for a Director of Survey for our South Texas (San Antonio, Austin, Houston/The Woodlands, McAllen/Brownsville, Corpus Christi) offices. This is a leadership position and will collaborate with Survey Team Leaders out of our Texas (TX) offices. We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead and grow our Survey Practice, providing direction and support to multiple teams across one or more offices. This role is a key leadership position, bridging operations, technical excellence, and business growth while ensuring highquality survey delivery and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate would bring at least 10 years of progressive experience within the land survey industry, with at least 5 years of experience as an RPLS. What You Will Need
