Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active Connecticut RN license.
• BSN and a master’s degree in a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 4 years of surgical services experience, preferably in OR nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience, with demonstrated success in team building, physician relations, strategic planning, financial management, and culture transformation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, coaching, and negotiation skills, with a commitment to transformational leadership and the ANCC Magnet model.
