Job Title: Director of Surgical Services

Salary Range: $72.12–$100.96 per hour

Location: Hartford, CT

Shift: Monday–Friday, Days, 40 hours/week

Requirements to Apply

The Director of Surgical Services will oversee surgical operations, strengthen physician relationships, drive strategic growth, manage resources, and advance quality, safety, and team performance.

• Annual salary of $150,000–$210,000, depending on experience.
