Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager for Indirect Purchasing to oversee and optimize indirect procurement across its manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• 10 to 20 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field, preferably with experience in global supply chain management for indirect materials and services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the global supply chain team for Indirect Purchasing, including procurement and vendor management.
• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in the procurement of indirect materials and services.
• Collaborate with global suppliers and internal departments to ensure alignment of global supply chain operations with cost-saving objectives and sustainability goals.
• Identify, assess, and manage global supply chain risks related to indirect procurement, including potential disruptions and cost escalations.
• Monitor and optimize the indirect procurement process across global locations to achieve cost savings and efficiencies while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Manage relationships with global indirect material and service suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of global procurement strategies for indirect materials and services.
• Analyze global supply chain performance, KPIs, and data to drive continuous improvement efforts on a global scale for indirect procurement.

Job Summary: The Global Supply Chain Manager for Indirect Purchasing plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing global supply chain operations specific to indirect procurement within the battery factory. Expected Pay Range

$110,000 - $130,000 USD
