Prism Maritime, a premier maritime service provider, is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operations in Chesapeake, VA. You will oversee sourcing, procurement, warehousing, and distribution, while guiding managers across purchasing and subcontracting. A deep background in FAR/DFARS, vendor management, and compliance is required.
Travel occasional; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to build best-value relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Position Title: Director of Supply Chain

FLSA Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Leads the organization’s end-to-end supply chain operations through the management of supply chain personnel and the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. This includes all activities from sourcing requirements to procurement and distribution. Leads managers from the purchasing department, warehouse department and subcontracting departments. Requires a background in supply chain management, purchasing, logistics, receiving, and subcontracts. Must have expertise in improving and executing procurement management processes for continental US and international requirements. This includes experience in requirement forecasting, planning, purchasing, shipping and delivery, field distribution, and customer service.
