Job summary

The role requires steering education, resources, and prevention initiatives, coordinating with Counseling, Health Services, and Residence Life to promote student well-being and equity. A strong leader will drive student-centric programs and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated understanding of program evaluation and assessment.
• Familiarity with social media and strong interpersonal/communication skills to foster a student-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement wellness programs for student success.
• Collaborate with campus offices to support health, wellness and prevention initiatives.
• Oversee committees and online learning modules related to onboarding and education.
• Lead campus-wide education, resources, and programming focused on wellness, mindfulness, and resilience.
• Engage with student affairs leadership and campus partners to align initiatives with institutional priorities.
• Coordinate grant funding opportunities and manage grant activities and reporting.
• Serve in on-call rotation for campus residence community crises.
• Support health promotion across athletics, safety, student engagement, and inclusion offices.
