Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, education, or equivalent experience is required.
• Five years leadership or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all functions within Student and Career Services to build a high performing team.
• Set vision and strategic plans to improve student experience and processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and processes.
• Develop employer relationships to increase local and graduate job opportunities and follow up with graduates not yet employed.
• Oversee Student Services and Career Services operations and staff development.
• Manage department budget and resources.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to meet goals.
