Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Five (5) years' experience in higher education or university setting.
• Three (3) years' experience supervising staff or projects.
• Doctoral degree preferred in Higher Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and operational management of student success and advising offices.
• Lead programs in student success, enrollment management, and campus engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations and policies (FERPA/ADA).
• Collaborate with faculty, academic leadership, and campus leadership to drive student outcomes.
• Establish measurable outcomes and report on student support activities.
