Chartwells K12 is seeking a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead a student nutrition program serving roughly 2,000 students across five schools on two campuses in San Antonio. You will oversee a team of Chartwells associates, drive engagement, and implement signature programs like Mood Boost and Discovery Kitchen while partnering with school leadership.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Associate’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Culinary, or Nutrition with food service experience.
• Three or more years of food service management experience.
• K-12 dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with strong business intuition; bilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversees P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Maintains excellent client relationships and communications.
• Collaborates with teams to deliver nutritious, high‑quality meals.
• Launches and implements signature Chartwells programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as liaison between Chartwells, client, and community.
• Performs other duties to ensure efficient dining services operations.
