ADDA Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Director of Strategy & Operations for a growing consumer brand in Los Angeles. This role combines strategy, product, and supply chain to build scalable processes and drive disciplined growth.
You will partner with senior leaders to set direction, establish operating rhythms, and execute initiatives across product development, sourcing, and automation. High ownership and fast execution are expected.
We are recruiting for a Director of Strategy and Operations for one of our clients.
We exist to transform everyday chores into moments of joy through iconic scents, elevated design, and clean ingredients. We are building a modern home-care brand that feels indulgent, expressive, and display-worthy.
We’ve built strong traction across DTC, TikTok Shop, and Amazon and are entering our next phase of disciplined growth. As we scale toward $150M+ in revenue, we’re focused on building an exceptional team that can help us navigate increasing complexity, raise the bar for how we operate, and build the company into an enduring category-defining brand.
We’re looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations to join this company's Operations team.
This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to execute. You’ll work closely with our leadership team - including three former BCGers - to tackle the company's most important cross-functional challenges while building more operational rigor into existing processes.
Your work will span product research and development, sourcing and supply chain management, and strategic projects. We’re looking for someone who can independently tackle nuanced cross-functional problems, develop a clear point of view, and drive work through to resolution. You’ll also need the judgment and maturity to represent this company across a broad network of manufacturers, suppliers, and external partners.
As one of the earliest members of the Operations team, you’ll help define how the function operates, building the processes, tools, and operating rhythms that help the broader organization move faster and execute better. You’ll have significant exposure to leadership, broad visibility across the business, and the opportunity to meaningfully shape how the company operates as we scale.
Example projects: Setup a customer sentiment analysis program to track product feedback after detergent formula changes
Stand up the processes and operating rhythms that keep product development organized, aligned, and moving
Example project: Build an end-to-end product development timeline + tracker with established cadences to keep distinct audiences (leadership, company board, partners) informed
Continuously find and implement new ways to make the company's supply chain faster, more reliable, and more scalable
Example project: Derisk the company's supply chain through strategic near-shoring (e.g., design and set-up program to warehouse unlabeled detergent bottles locally to derisk out-of-stocks caused by packaging supply chain delays)
Find and develop partners required to bring new products to life, while managing the supply chain for existing products to ensure reliable, cost-efficient supply
Example project: Find, design and oversee procurement of new packaging for dryer sheets
