Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Director, Strategy to lead the strategy and digital planning for assigned clients. You will guide brand strategy, build client relationships, and manage the internal strategy team while also hands-on deploying strategic plans and monitoring budgets.

This role requires strong leadership, a digital mindset, and a track record of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions. Moderate travel and accountability for revenue upside are expected.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of Digital Media Planning, Buying, and Management experience
• Demonstrated business acumen and track record of success in media services
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze and solve problems creatively
• Ability to establish and manage P&L statements
• Previous leadership and team management experience
• Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and reps
• History of negotiating to get results in media

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in developing compelling strategy and digital planning for assigned clients
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver sound strategic plan recommendations aligned with client objectives
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client businesses and upstream initiatives
• Exemplify collaboration across internal teams and agency partners
• Think beyond media to contribute to Integrated Marketing Communications
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Travel on a moderate basis
