Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years in strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in large matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance and business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience thriving in high-growth, high-change environments.
