Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Business Director for Strategy and Analytics within the Enterprise Products, Experiences and Services (EPXS) Operations team in McLean, VA. The role focuses on shaping product strategy and driving execution through high‑level analysis, critical thinking, and executive communication.

You will lead initiatives spanning multiple orgs and collaborate with product, tech, and finance partners to improve profitability and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
Master’s Degree preferred.
2+ years of financial services experience preferred.
1+ year of consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategy behind AI enablement and rapid prototyping across the organization.
Lead cross‑functional operational initiatives spanning multiple teams and domains.
Support and implement large‑scale events for product leadership and conferences.
Provide executive storytelling, insights synthesis, and strategic guidance to senior leadership.
Develop innovative strategies and tackle challenging operational problems in a fast-paced environment.
