Upchurch is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead enterprise procurement, rebate programs, and a 500+ vehicle fleet. The role drives standardized processes, vendor partnerships, and cost optimization across multiple operating companies and locations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of construction and MEP supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of fleet management, including leasing, fuel programs, and telematics, or the aptitude to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Procurement Oversight: maintain standards, analyze spend, manage rebates, and forecast savings.
• Vendor & Partner Management: negotiate terms, lead reviews, and manage national accounts.
• Fleet & Asset Management: oversee 500+ vehicle fleet, fuel cards, telematics, and safety programs.
• Process Standardization & Systems Integration: optimize requisition, PO, and vendor setup processes.
• Acquisition Integration & Scaling: integrate new acquisitions into spend and fleet systems.
• Cross Department Collaboration: forecast material needs with operations and safety teams.
• Team Leadership & Development: lead procurement team and define growth paths.
• Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: track savings, supplier performance, and fleet metrics.
