Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated record of Supply Chain success in Customer facing roles, commodity sourcing knowledge, materials management and project/program management.
• Executive business and supply chain acumen capable of working seamlessly from materials planners to executive leaders of Plexus and our Customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect Supply Chain strategies that meet complex customer needs while aligning with Plexus objectives.
• Deliver compelling representations of supply chain capabilities to support new business and build trust with customers.
• Analyze customer demand patterns and prospective BOMs early to identify gaps and design mitigation strategies.
• Lead negotiations for Supply Chain terms and provide financial models for partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure BoM is executable and production-ready.
