Gradian Solutions in Dayton, MN seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead the strategic sourcing organization and scale the company's hyperscale data center cooling business.

You'll build a high‑performing team, shape supplier ecosystems, drive cost competitiveness, and align sourcing with product roadmaps, manufacturing, and executive objectives across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Gradian's Strategic Sourcing organization with a high‑performing team.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies to secure capacity and supplier performance.
• Build and mentor sourcing leaders and drive accountability and operational excellence.
• Own executive‑level supplier relationships and strategic contracts (MSAs, MOUs).
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and leadership to align sourcing with roadmaps.
• Establish governance, metrics, and processes for cost, supply, and risk management.
