Job Description

We’re seeking a high-caliber, execution-oriented Director of Strategic Programs (DSP) to partner closely with our Executive Leadership Team and private equity sponsor, Vista Equity Partners. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the cross-functional implementation of Greenway’s Value Creation Plan, a cornerstone of our growth and transformation strategy.

This is a unique launching pad for experienced management consultants or strategic operators seeking a high-impact role at a leading SaaS company. You’ll have a front-row seat to C-suite decision-making, gain operational experience, and accelerate your path to executive leadership. The successful candidate will marshal their emotional intelligence and business acumen to inform strategic priorities and collaborate across the organization to accomplish them with operational discipline.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Value Creation

• Lead planning, implementation, and execution of high-priority initiatives across the enterprise
• Collaborate with the ELT to define objectives, set timelines, and align KPIs to strategic goals
• Establish governance frameworks that ensure disciplined execution and accountability
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the success of key programs

CEO Support & Leadership Enablement

• Act as strategic advisor alongside ELT, working closely with CEO—providing thought partnership, insight, and hands-on support
• Drive internal alignment through executive coordination, meeting facilitation, and Board readiness
• Provide lift to leadership in highest-priority growth areas and transformational initiatives

Partnership with Vista’s Value Creation Team

• Serve as Greenway’s primary liaison with Vista’s Value Creation Team
• Communicate progress and milestones effectively to key stakeholders
• Leverage the Vista network to source best practices, benchmarks, and strategic playbooks

Skills & Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (in a relevant field like Business, Economics, Healthcare Management or similar)
  • Preferred education: MBA degree
• Proven success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
• Enthusiasm and familiarity with B2B SaaS and/or healthcare technology
• Experience with private equity environments is preferred
• Specific experience with EHR / EMR / RCM / providers space is highly
• Six (6) to eight (8)+ years in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational leadership

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
• This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday
• This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices
• Must be able to work remotely, manage workload efficiently, prioritize projects with minimal supervision, and maintain a quiet setting while working with customers
• The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
• This role requires up to 25% travel
