Job summary

Applied Composites is seeking a Director, Program Management to lead the PM function across a portfolio of programs from award through delivery and closeout. You will align customer commitments with AC business objectives and oversee governance, forecast accuracy, and program profitability.

The role requires 10–15+ years in aerospace or related sectors, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Broad experience leading complex aerospace/defense programs.
• Experience managing program scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management function across a portfolio of programs from award to closeout.
• Provide strategic oversight of the entire program portfolio including schedule, cost, and technical performance.
• Drive governance, reporting, and recovery actions for programs at risk.
• Coordinate with Finance and functional leaders to improve forecasting and profitability.
• Develop and implement program management policies, processes, tools, and best practices.
• Oversee relationships with customers and strategic accounts and conduct executive reviews.
