Job summary

Create Music Group in Canada seeks a Director of Program Management to drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams as the company scales. Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or related roles in software/tech
• Experience with product, engineering, and design collaboration to deliver complex software systems
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through implementation and scaling

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution aligned to objectives, priorities, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Orchestrate delivery across pods, manage dependencies, sequences, risks and alignment
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to operationalize strategy and deliver end-to-end systems
• Lead organizational readiness and transition planning for new systems and practices
• Establish scalable operating rhythms, communication practices, and execution frameworks
• Drive alignment through program reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution to maintain momentum and impact
• Evolve organizational processes including agile practices and AI-enabled workflows
• Perform other duties as assigned
