Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Where traditional schools focus on rote learning and compliance, Alpha empowers students to lead.

Our students excel academically within two hours daily using AI-driven mastery learning. No traditional teachers. No repetitive homework. No wasted time. They learn at twice the speed, achieving top 1-2% national results, and spend afternoons honing life skills like leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship, and public speaking. This isn't a mere tweak to education—it's a complete overhaul.

In this model, parents aren't just observers. They are partners. Champions. Advocates. Your role is to transform parent communities into ardent supporters of a system that challenges conventional education. You won't be selling or appeasing; instead, you'll foster conviction, create alignment, and help families embrace an innovative approach.

If you've led grassroots initiatives, mobilized skeptical groups, or championed disruptive missions, you'll excel here. Those who prefer smoothing things over or quietly managing relationships may not find this role suitable.

Are you ready to empower parents as staunch advocates for the future of education? Join us and help shape the leaders of tomorrow.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Crafting and spearheading parent engagement strategies across three to five campuses, focusing on genuine advocacy over mere satisfaction.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for significant parent concerns, resolving issues without compromising our educational model.
  • Handling moderate-level parent crises at a regional scale, ensuring community strength and unity.
  • Tracking parent sentiment trends to spot early signs of discord before they escalate.
  • Fostering robust parent networks that independently champion and disseminate Alpha's educational philosophy.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Relying on volunteer committees for parent engagement
  • Organizing low-impact or transactional events without strategic intent
  • Altering curriculum or educational practices to appease individual parents
  • Treating parent communication as mere customer support or sending generic, automated replies
  • Promoting Alpha as a product or engaging in direct sales

Director Of Strategic Parent Engagement Key Responsibilities

Develop cohesive, passionately loyal parent communities that advocate for Alpha, boost enrollment growth, and actively safeguard the model's standards and mission.

Basic Requirements

  • U.S.-based with legal authorization to work without sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel to Alpha campuses as needed (preference for candidates based on the West Coast or Midwest to ease travel)
  • 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management, grassroots organizing, or community engagement
  • Proven track record of influencing under high-pressure or skeptical environments without compromising the mission
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially under pressure
  • Strong belief in Alpha’s innovative model and readiness to defend it even when challenged

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Experience leading engagement across multiple sites, campuses, or regions
