Qualifications

• Three years clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Central Sterile operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and manage department budgets, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure sterilization and reprocessing standards align with Mercy policies.
• Coordinate with infection prevention and other departments.
• Provide staff coaching, performance evaluations, and training.
• Support regulatory surveys and quality improvement initiatives.
