• Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics required.
• 7+ years' experience in clinical research and development in pharma.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, Spotfire or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of statistical plans, study designs and analyses.
• Provide protocol and SAP input for studies and reports.
• Collaborate with data sciences on data quality and validation.
• Maintain up-to-date statistical methodology and justify methods.
• Peer-review colleagues' work and influence research methods.
• Communicate results to regulators, manuscripts and stakeholders.
• Understand disease areas and regulatory environments to guide decisions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, medical and local policies.
