Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking a Clinical Project Statistician to design and analyze protocols and analysis plans for clinical studies. You will collaborate across functions to ensure robust reporting and regulatory-ready results.

Responsibilities include communicating results at meetings, contributing to regulatory submissions, and applying innovative statistical methods while maintaining high data quality and project leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics or Epidemiology or Computer Science with at least 7 years of Real World Evidence experience.
• Proficient in statistical programming languages/software such as SAS, R, Spotfire, WinBUGs, etc.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Design study protocols and statistical analysis plans for clinical studies.
• Collaborate with physicians and researchers to analyze data and report results.
• Communicate findings for regulatory submissions, manuscripts, and scientific meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statistical methodologies and apply innovative methods when appropriate.
• Lead projects and influence cross-functional teams to inform decisions.
