The Director of Sourcing oversees the indirect sourcing function with an annual spend of over $300M. Responsibilities include understanding global markets, developing forecasts, maintaining data integrity, facilitating source selection, monitoring supplier performance, fostering professional development, and ensuring value for money. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that deliver sustainable value, managing enterprise-wide sourcing, category management, and contract negotiations across categories such as Professional Services, Travel, IT, MRO, and Facilities.
This role is primarily remote, with up to 80% of duties performed from home and up to 20% travel to various locations for collaboration and relationship building.

The salary range for this position is $131,000 to $235,700, depending on experience and location.
