This leadership role includes strategizing, planning, and executing drilling operations, managing a professional team, and coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality foundations for utility-scale solar arrays.

The position requires frequent travel and deep experience in solar construction, project management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years field construction management experience with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of solar construction techniques, equipment and technology.
• Leadership and budgeting/scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for efficient foundation drilling for solar installations.
• Lead and manage a professional team of engineers and construction workers.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to plan foundation solutions.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulation compliance across lifecycles.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Plan and oversee solar projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain detailed daily construction records.
• Oversee project schedules and cost tracking.
