NetApp is seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to drive multiple teams toward scalable, secure, and reliable product delivery. You will align engineering strategy with business objectives and partner closely with cross-functional leadership.

You will shape organizational effectiveness, technical excellence, and talent development across the engineering organization, leveraging cloud technologies and distributed systems to scale SaaS products while mentoring managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Requires over 12 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years of experience managing managers or multiple teams.
• Must possess strong knowledge of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and a proven ability to scale engineering organizations.
