Ideal candidates have 10+ years of software engineering, 7+ years of people leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 7+ years of hands-on development in modern technologies.
• 7+ years leading engineering teams and managing managers or cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years designing and operating Microservices architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong business acumen and strategic roadmap development.
