Job summary

Qualifications

• 13+ years applied experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years leading technologists to manage complex technical items.
• Designing and building full stack cloud native distributed systems with high availability.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Python, or Camunda.
• Experience handling PostgreSQL data at scale.
• Experience in large-scale AI initiatives to reduce TCO.

Responsibilities

• Partners with product and business groups to drive participation, plans, timelines, dependencies, and solutions.
• Translates complex problems into technical specs for engineering teams.
• Delivers end-to-end, low-latency solutions using latest technologies.
• Champions engineering practices; mentors teams and resolves impediments.
• Drives non-functional requirements, modernization, and controls.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and tech.
• Leads regular technical meetings ensuring architecture aligns with goals.
• Drives adoption of AWS/internal cloud technologies and integration tools.
• Creates and maintains technology roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions and portfolio success.
