Job summary

Fullsight is seeking a senior technology leader to own the engineering strategy for applications, including microservices, AI/ML components, and frontend experiences. You will guide large teams, partner with product management, and ensure scalable, high-quality software delivery in a hybrid work model.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and a track record of delivering complex platform improvements with measurable business impact. Occasional travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering leadership with hands-on development.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managers.
• Proven ability to architect and modernize software ecosystems at scale.
• Strong background in microservices, IaC, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale engineering teams, balancing insourced and outsourced talent.
• Define and execute the technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
• Drive code quality, automated testing, and release governance.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and support to deliver solutions.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and cross-functional program delivery.
