Position Description :
The Director of Development will lead highly technical engineering teams overseeing the development of the PAR Retail platform. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, this role plays a key part in evolving a predictable, repeatable, measurable, and scalable engineering organization.
This individual will drive the execution of product engineering initiatives-on time, on budget, and with high quality-while fostering a culture of collaboration, simplicity, and product-focused development. They will also contribute to resource planning, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes across the organization.
